Infinite Campus

Kearney Public Schools uses Infinite Campus to communicate important information and track the progress of your student(s).  The Infinite Campus Portal can be accessed using the link below.  The link can also be found on your child(s) school homepage under either “TECHLINKS” or “QUICKLINKS”.
 
If you already have a Portal account
  1. Go to the following link - https://kearneypublicschools.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/kearney.jsp?status=login
  2. Select the appropriate button “Campus Student” or “Campus Parent”
  3. Log on using the Username and Password that you created.
  4. If you have completed set up and login and it states "There are no enrollments" which means the portal has not yet been turned on for your student(s).  Please contact the school.
  5. If you are having an issue logging in please use the Forgot Password?
  6. If you need additional assistance email [email protected]
 
First Time Account Creation
  1. Go to the following link - https://kearneypublicschools.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/kearney.jsp?status=login
  2. Select the appropriate button “Campus Student” or “Campus Parent”
  3. Select New User? 
  4. You will be asked for your activation key.
    • Each parent/guardian is assigned their own activation code and can only be used once.
    • You should have received this code from your child(s) school at the beginning of the year.
    • Please make sure you type this in exactly how it is shown.
    • If you are unable to locate your activation code you can reach out to your child(s) school to retrieve this or email [email protected] and it can be provided.
  5. Enter the Activation Key the district has assigned to you.
  6. Click the Submit button. The Activation Key will be verified, and when approved, a screen will prompt the user to create a username and password.
 
Username and Password Creation
  1. Enter a Username. You can use an alphanumeric (both letters and numbers) for your username.
  2. Enter a Password. Use an alphanumeric password. Passwords should be at least 6 characters. 
      • Length - Make your passwords long (6-10 characters is usually sufficient).
      • Combination - Include letters, punctuation, symbols and numbers.
      • Uniqueness - Do not use your username.
  3. Re-enter the password in the Verify Password field.
  4. Click the Create Account button.
This action will create the username and password. The username and password will be verified, and upon approval, the portal account will be created. Use Click Here link on the account creation page to enter the username and password to access the Portal information.
 
 
Mobile Instructions
 
Once you have created your account you can then use the username and password to access it on any mobile device.
  • Install the Application from the iTunes store and it is called Infinite Campus Parent Portal
  • Install the Application from the Google Play and it is called Infinite Campus Parent Portal
