There will be a meeting for all Parents of current 5th grade students who will be attending Horizon Middle School for the 2021-2022 school year.

The Administration Team will present some helpful information regarding the transition from Elementary to Middle school, go over some guidelines, and answer any questions parents might have.

The meeting will be in Horizon's Gym. Please enter in the East Gym Doors.
