Hello Parents,

This message is to alert you that on 1/15/2020, the Bearcat Diner Lunch Program will be switching the online payment processing software for our lunch Program. We will be switching from Efunds payment processing to Edutrak.

Our new lunch home page will be kps.epaytrak.com.

  • From this page, you can click on the apple in the center of the screen and connect to your student account.
  • After you click on the apple on the top under where it says Sign In – it says, New to Sight? Then click on Sign Up.
  • Enter the email address that you want to use, re-enter your email address.
  • Enter your First and Last Name and create a password.
  • Password must be at least 6 character’s long and must contain at least 1 Upper Case Letter, one Lower Case Letter and 1 non-letter. Click on create account and continue.
  • Click on connect to your food service account. (If you are a current Efunds user and you are using an email address that you used in Efunds you will need to use the same password that you used in Efunds.) If you want to change it after you are logged in you can.

If you don’t want to make online payments through Edutrak, please still sign up to be able to check your current balance and also see all transactions for the last 60 days or view transactions for just one student.

Edutrak will continue to update the balances within Wordware lunch program so your student's current lunch balance will continue to be used.

If you have any problems with creating an account within Edutrak, please contact them at 1-800-934-2621.

Some of the New Features in Edutrak are:

  • Payments made are immediately reflected.
  • You can view transactions for the last 60 days and you can view all transactions or by student.
  • You no longer have to go to two separate sites to view your balance.

Current Efunds users be sure to register on the new website before January 15, 2020
Efunds payments no longer accepted after January 14, 2020
