To apply for a position for the first time, click the Apply button next to the listing and then select "Apply for this Position" at the top right. 

Now you can begin to create your application profile.  New Users will select "Create New".  Previous users can log in with their past credentials. 

To create your online pre-application profile for the first time, be prepared with the following information. 
    • User Name and Password - this will be created on your initial visit. Record and protect this information for future use. Your username and password will be needed each time you enter the system. Once this is setup, you will be able to apply for a position in any school district that uses the TalentEd Recruit & Hire application software.
    • Email address - this will be used for future correspondence. 
    • References - include their current address, phone number and email. This information may be used to verify your employment history and/or employability.
    • Transcripts - can be attached to the application but are not required until you have been offered a position.
    • Letters of Recommendation - can be uploaded to your application profile
 
Once your pre-application profile is completed, Click "Apply for this Position" next to any positions for which you wish to be considered. 
 
Notes:
  • The application contains several pages and will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete on your initial visit.
  • You will have a chance to review and make changes before submitting and can SAVE your progress. 
  • Before you begin, be prepared with the following information.  
  • Don't forget that Once the profile is created, you must apply for a specific posted position in order to be considered for that position.
