The best place to access information regarding the benefits plan for KPS is on our Benefits Website.  On this website, employees can find detailed information on each specific benefit as well as the contact information for each company and the process for filing a claim.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is excited to announce the launch of Employer Online Access – a tool that will make managing your employees’ benefits easier. With Employer Online Access, you can:

• View a list of enrolled employees, spouses, and/or dependents
• Order and download member ID cards
• Find in-network doctors and hospitals for employees’ chosen network
• Easily download commonly used forms – please note these are NOT specific to EHA, but general for our full line of business
• Review accounting reports

To register, go to Employer.NebraskaBlue.com and click Sign up now.  When registering, please use Account Number 100716.  Additional information regarding the registration process is attached for your reference in the Employer Online Access User Guide, along with this short video providing you an overview of the tool. Our team will be available to provide additional support too, if needed.

Please note that the Plan Documents and Forms are generic to our book of business and NOT specific to EHA. We are still working to bring you an EHA experience that provides school group leaders with additional administrative insight; however, this will be rolled out at a later time.
